Sarah Elder is Professor of Film in the Dept. of Media Study and Adjunct Professor in the Dept. of Anthropology and the Dept. of Africana and American Studies, University at.


As an adjunct, Elder teaches courses in the American Studies program and in the Anthropology Department at UB. She is also an active member of the Society for Visual Anthropology (SVA), an affiliate of the American Anthological Association (AAA).
