3/10/2020 · The sky q mini box upstairs has all of a sudden started showing error mr 204 , it allows you to watch about 5 minutes then goes off. The boxes have been in for months now and have never moved. The internet is working on all other devices like the xbox etc but I cant seem to fix the problem with the mini sky q, any advice would be greatly appreciated before I ring them up.
How to fix Sky Q error mr204 The first thing to try is simply restarting your Sky Q main box by switching it off at the mains, wait a few minutes and turn it back on to reset the system. If that doesn’t work then you can try restarting your router to see if the WiFi connection has hit a glitch and needs to reset, once again switch it off at the mains and reconnect in a few minutes time.
